Lido Golf Club Website Booking Policies
We have designed our policies to accommodate a smooth and fast booking process. We look forward to having you as a guest at Lido Golf Club. Enjoy your round.

- Fees are due upon arrival at the course. Residency controls price
- Tee Times can be booked maximum of (7) seven days out
- No twosome bookings before 12:00 noon on weekends & holidays
- Maximum of (2) two tee times to any person or group
- 48 hour cancellation policy honored by phone only

(3) Three tee times or more constitutes an outing and needs a written contract with deposits. Please call (516) 897-5436 if you have a need to book a group of six or more tee times.

RESERVATION POLICY AND PROCEDURE
Reservations for 1, 2, 3 or 4 players may be made up to one (1) week in advance of the day of play, e.g., Monday for the following Monday, Tuesday for the following Tuesday, etc. only by phoning the Pro Shop daily after 4:00 PM. There is a $5.00 per person non-refundable fee for this service.

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.

VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted – for this purpose only.
For the sake of expediency, when making a reservation by phone please have your credit card in hand.

Cancellations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the reserved play date.

Lido Golf Club abides by USGA rules. If management deems the course unplayable or if the course is closed for unforeseen circumstances, no charges, whatsoever, will be incurred by the customer.

At the time of play, photo ID and proof of residency [e.g. valid driver’s license or Nassau County Leisure Pass], must be presented to determine the appropriate rate to be paid (We accept American Express, MasterCard, & Visa, and cash) .

Proof of Town of Hempstead residency MUST BE SHOWN EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU PLAY in order to obtain the town resident’s rate. Otherwise, by default, the non-resident rate will prevail.

To help us keep your day on schedule, please check in with the Pro Shop starter at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time. ‘Late arrivals’ and ‘last-minute cancellations’ are considered “no shows” and will be charged accordingly. In cases of sudden illness or emergency, management reserves the right to use discretion to waive the charges based on an incident log which is used to document the nature and frequency of the individual occurrences. Please, remember that reserved time is approximate because it is subject to weather conditions, pace of play and any other course delays beyond management control.

Lido Golf Club allows spikeless or soft-spike only. Plan accordingly.
